Someone came up to me and asked for an opinion on whether he better undergo this treatment or not.

His modified rankin scale for disability is 1.

How shall I respond to this query.

  Perhaps not as there may not be any proven evidence yet but if he is not having to pay for it and is a part of a controlled trial where he may even receive placebo then perhaps yes.

  I would have to know more as it can be dangerous re neural growth and proliferation and where this goes. Sometimes there is a temporary improvement due to the anti-inflammatory effect of these factors but at what cost. If conditions are not sterile for…
