    • Missing from link- very low clearance of DEX during low dose over night suppression testing, wakes up during surgeries, altered drug responses- sedatives cause uncontrolled upset and energize. Positive pathergy testing results to both standard pathergy…

    - do you know if Ha20 has the same pathergy and self saliva pathergy response as in classic Behçets? https://arthritis-research.biomedcentral.com/.../s13075...
Haploinsufficiency of A20 caused by a novel nonsense variant or entire deletion of TNFAIP3 is clinically distinct from Behçet’s disease

This week we have begun with analysis of a complex patient data to develop an ability/competency to read and comprehend a patient's history, examination findings, investigations and analyze it in a manner to understand the patient's requirements around his/her diagnosis and treatment.
The students competency will be assessed by their ability to form a problem list in order of the patient's priority for which they need to get in touch with the original creator of the online patient's record and then from each problem in the list they would need to analyze the cause of the problem and come to a diagnosis and therapeutic plan for the patient that will be vetted as useful by the online patient himself/herself.
To enable online assessment of their inputs they would need to enter it in their online learning portfolio also known as web based log book aka blog.
In this way each and every student will be vetted not only by the patient himself/herself but also by the other student, intern, PG, faculty colleagues, global patients, students and faculty and a final percentile score/grade based on these pluralistic inputs will be given to each student.
We shall close the topic for this week by Sunday 12:00 AM (aka Saturday midnight). The students who can't respond by that time will be marked "cognitively absent" although they may have registered their presence in the current online platform.
I have received one E log accessible here https://rhea9895.blogspot.com/?m=1 around our online patient record that was shared with all the students, originally created by our elective Intern, Avinash Kumar who also liased with all our 200 UG students to provide them more information requirements around the patient.
Will look forward to the esteemed inputs from the August global audience here
